Zenith shows respect towards the worker going for foreign employment and the members of their family.

Solves the conflict arising in recruitment process through mutual discussion in a peaceful way. Worker being sent on foreign employment shall not be sent without making foreign employment agreement.

Zenith will not involve or deal with any other agent or sub agent and will not involve in any illegal or unhealthy competition.

The workers going on foreign employment will be made clear about the recruitment fee and procedure and we will not collect any fee from worker in any condition and will not ask any worker to contribute to any mandatory saving programs.

Will establish database of worker, staff, applicants or customer information whether private or public, will not be exchanged, transferred, disclosed or given to any other parties for any reason whatsoever.

The worker going on foreign employment will be made well aware about the country's politics, geography, labor law, weather condition, service conditions and facilities that include salary, work hour and over time payment.

There will be no discrimination on the basis of caste, creed, gender, race, color, differently able, involvement in political parties and trade union, etc. in the process of selection of workers.

We always follow ethical and responsible business norms. We shall not involve in any form of foreign employment work that is harmful to the nation.

We will be aware of national and international labor standards and follow them accordingly.

Not provide any loans to the worker and not allowed anyone to provide loan to workers to avoid debt bondage and forced labour.

Legal procedures should not be misused. Corruption in any stage of work should be avoided.

Will conduct various social activities under CSR program.

Follow all code of conduct and encourage others to follow it accordingly.

No action will be taken to any parties against any genuine complain. Zenith does not make political donations and is also not affiliated with any political party, independent person or with any organization whose activities are primarily political.
